I am very pleased to take this opportunity to write about Dr. Joni Johnston and her organization. Dr. Johnston delivered her Appropriate Behavior workshop on eight different occasions during 1996 through 1997, to approximately 240 UAP supervisors and managers. Each session received very good compliments from everyone attending, including most of those who believed that they had no problems with the topics the presentation addressed.

Due to the nature of my position with UAP, I attended four of these seminars. Dr. Johnston's professional approach and ability to communicate with the participants made each session enjoyable for me, even after the third time! Dr. Johnston's real life examples and the consistency of her delivery, makes this seminar one that becomes meaningful to anyone who is responsible for managing or working with people on an every day basis.

I can honestly say that Dr. Johnston's seminar will benefit our company because of the understanding our supervisors and managers now have about these very critical issues.
