Getting
Started:
The Interpersonal Risk Audit was designed to
allow you to easily move through the program with ease
and to give you access to information quickly and
efficiently.
Here's how you can help us make good on our
goals:
FIRST STEP: Before beginning the questionnaire
please read our introduction. This will give you an
overview of how the program works and what you will
accomplish by using our program.
NEXT STEP: Once you have read the introduction,
move to the questions section. The questions start with
Company specific information to get an understanding of
your organization. When you have completed the "Company
Info," you can then move through the rest of the
questions.
GENERAL INFORMATION::
- Make sure you click on the "save and continue" button at
the end of each subsection of questions or they will
not be recorded.
- You do not have to take the questions in any
order and you can skip questions that you may need to
perform research or ask an associate to find the
correct answer. You can then come back at a later time
and answer the skipped questions. The program records
every answer, and lets you know if you have completed
each question within each subsections with the
progress icons. If you need to go through the
questionnaire in more than one sitting you will NOT
have to start again, your answers will still be
recorded.
- You must answer every question before a report
can be generated.
- Once you have completed the questionnaire, you
will be given a customized report based on your
company specific information and the information you
provided in the 142 questions. Concentrate first on
the executive summary; this will show you an overview
of interpersonal risk areas the questionnaire
addressed and indicate how your company rates in each
of these areas. As you scroll down towards the end of
the page, you can link to each section within the
report.
- In the report section, you will get an overview
of what each section evaluates and if any
company-specific risk factors were identified. You
will also see how you answered particular questions
within that section as well as our recommendations
associated with your answer.
- Each section of the report has Related
Resources that will provide you with more information
on the topic as well as resources to help you address
"Review" or "Recommended" areas.
- If you click on any links, the best to get back
to your report is to click on the "back" button on
your browser.
- We suggest reading through every section of the
report and review each recommendation. Once you get an
good overview of your company-specific interpersonal
risk management data, you can move back and forth
between the executive summary and the report to find
the information you need in a quick and efficient
manner.
- We encourage you to use your Interpersonal Risk
Profile Report as a work in progress. If you discover
that you answered a question incorrectly, or you are
planning to implement some of the recommendations, you
can go back through the questions and answer them
again. Once you do, a new report will be
generated.
